Pad Thai - How To Make Pad Thai

Pad Thai (ผัดไทย)

Pad Thai is the one of most favorite Thai food. The teste of Pad Thai is not spicy, so it become to popular Thai food for tourist who visit in Thailand. You can find Pad Thai in the almost restaurants especially in Khao San Road. There are more than 10 Pad Thai shops along the road and almost foreigner used to try Pad Thai. Now let's see the easy way to cook Pad Thai.



Ingredients



Noodles 720 g.


Garlic 1-2 pieces


Red garlic 3-4 pieces


2 eggs


Fish sauce


Sugar


3 teaspoons oil


1 lime (sliced 4 pieces)


2 teaspoons ground roasted peanuts


fried tofu 1/2 cup


lengths chopped chives


3 teaspoons of dried shrimp


few fresh shrimps


bean sprouts


green onions




Preparation



- Boiled the noodles until the noodles are soft (10-15 minutes)


- Place the pan with oil in the medium heat then put the garlic and the sliced red garlics in the hot oil.


- Stir the shrimp and dried shrimp, bean sprouts, green onions, eggs, lengths chopped chives, fried tofu and noodles together.


- Mixed the fish sauce, sugar, limes with the noodles up to your taste
