Pad Ga Prow Gai - ผัดกระเพราไก่ (Spicy fried chicken with basil leaves)


Pad Ga Prow is the mostly ordered breakfast dish in Thailand. The tasted of Pad Ga Prow is spicy, the basic ingredients of Pad Ga Prow is chicken (Gai : Thai), pork (Moo : Thai), beef, shrimp and squid. Pad Ga Prow is alway served with fried egg and fish sauce with lime juice (prik nam pla)
Ingredients
Chicken 450 g. (sliced)
Chopped garlic 1 tbsp
Pounded chili 1 tbsp
Oyster sauce 2 tbsp
Light soy sauce 1 tsp
Sugar ½ tsp
Basil leaves 10 g.
Oil 3 tbsp
Cooking Instruction
1.Place the pan with oil in the medium heat the put the chili and chopped garlic in the hot oil.
2.Stir the chicken with the chili and garlic in step 1.
3.Mixed the oyster sauce, light soy sauce and sugar then put the basil leaves. Finished the stir.
** Tips you can make more delicious if put the boiled rice while you stir all the ingredients**
