Wide Rice Noodles in a Creamy Sauce (Rad Na : ราดหน้า)
Wide Rice Noodles in a Creamy Sauce or Rad Na is original from Chinese food but now Wide Rice Noodles in Creamy Sauce is the favorite lunch dish for Thai people.
How to Cook Wide Rice Noodles in Creamy Sauce or Rad Na
Ingredients
500 grams slice pork
300 grams wide rice noodles
500 grams slice Chinese Kale
10 garlics (slice)
2 tbsp Light Soy Sauce
2 tbsp dark sweet soy sauce
2 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp fish sauce
1 tbsp sugar
3 tbsp corn starch
4 tbsp oil
3 cups water
1 tsp milled black pepper
Preparation
- Combine pork, ½ tbsp light soy sauce, milled black pepper , ½ tbsp sugar about 30 minutes.
- Mix the corn starch with the water.
- Stir the wide rice noodle with oil and black sweet soy sauce in the medium heat.
- Stir the garlic with oil in the medium heat then add the slice Chinese kale, 1 cup water and wait until done then add pork, sugar, fish sauce, oyster sauce mixed corn starch the wait all the ingredient done.
- Place the wide rice noodle in the bowl then place the creamy sauce ^_^
