Tom Kha Gai is the popular spicy hot soup in Thailand. Tom Kha Gai is made with the coconut milk, galangal, lemon grass and chicken. The teste of this soup is spicy. Galangal in Tom Kha Gai is the one kind of herb that good for your health, it contains dietary fiber, vitamins A, C, soduim and iron.
How To Cook Tom Kha Gai
Ingredients
Chicken 300 grams
Coconut Milk 2 cups
Mushroom 6 pieces
Ganlangal 8-9 sliced pieces
Kaffir lime leaves 6 -7 pieces
Chilli 4-5 pieces
Lemon grass 6-7 pieces
Coriander ½ cup
Salt 1 teaspoon
Fish sauce 3 teaspoons
Sugar 1 teaspoons
Water 2 cups
Lime juice 3 tablespoons
Preparation
1. Boiled the cocunut milk and water in the medium heat about about 8 mins then add the sliced of galangal, lemon grass and kaffir lime leaves.
2. Add the chicken, salt and wait to boiling after that add the sliced mushroom and chilli.
3. Add fish sauce, lemon juice as your desire.
4. Finished boiling and add the coriander in Tom Kha Gai
