Sour Curry with Shrimps Recipes – Keang Som Kung (แกงส้มกุ้ง)

Ingredients
Shrimps 500 g.
Chinese Cabbage
White Radish
Water 3 cups
Tamarind
Sugar 1 tbsp
Fish Sauce 2-3 tbsp
Sour Curry Paste
Garlic 10 pcs.
Red Onion 7 pcs.
Dried Hot Pepper 8 pcs.
Thai Shrimp paste 1 tsp.
Galingale slice 1 tsp.
Salt 1 tsp.
Preparation
- Sliced all the ingredients of sour curry paste and pound (or you can buy the curry paste from supermarket)
- Mix the tamarind with water (same picture)
- Sliced the Chinese Cabbage and white radish (or vegetable you want)
- Boil the water in the medium heat wait until the water is boiled then put the sour curry paste, Shrimps, Chinese cabbage, white radish and tamarind juice (3-4 tbsp), fish sauce, sugar.
