Ingredients
Rice Noodles 200 g.
Meatballs 8-10 pcs.
Pork Stock Cupe ½ piece
Pure water 3 cups
Light Soy Sauce or Fish Sauce 3 tbsp
Sugar 1 ½ tbsp
Green Onion 3 pieces
Coriander 2 pieces
Chinese Cabbage 2 leaves
Garlic 6-7 pieces
Cooking Oil 3 tbsp
Sauce 1 tbsp
Preparation
- Sliced the green onion, coriander, Chinese cabbage and chopped the garlic.
- Place the pan with the cooking oil on the medium heat then put the garlic in the hot oil and wait until the garlic turn to the light brown color.
- Boil the pure water on the medium heat then put the rice noodles in the boiled water and wait until the rice noodles soft after that put it in the dish
- Boil the meatballs, Chinese cabbage in the medium heat then put the pork stock cupe, light soy sauce, sugar, sauce wait until boiled.
- Put the soup, meatballs and Chinese cabbage in the rice noodles then put the garlic and green onion and coriander on the top of rice noodle. Finished
